I read about clarity of mind from this form of pantothenic acid. It's good... but I'm only using one-fifth of a capsule over 6 days. So the bang for my buck is awesome!

Switched to this product from another company I bought B5. 2 capsules potency is 500 mg so it's easy to take half dose in 1 capsule. Size is med-large but easy to swallow and has no taste. Ok taste if needed to sift out of capsule. B5 is great for nervous system and adrenals. Packaging is nice - a small square bottle.
