One adult daughter took it and got weird dreams and won’t take it again. The other adult daughter is taking it for skin health but might be losing progress on her clear skin so I’m not sure this is helping like another brand did.

just what i needed -- the bulk one does NOT specify Ca pentothenate so it's veryy confusing since they do on the caps.
I only take 150 mg because I can’t tolerate more; higher doses put my brain under extreme tension, which was unbearable. Now I stick to 100 mg — it doesn’t cause side effects, but unfortunately, I can’t notice any real positive effects either. I still take it because I believe my body needs it to function properly.
This Pantothenic acid is very good. After taking it, I feel a noticeable boost of energy. It doesn’t contain any additives that I don’t like. The quality is excellent, especially considering the price.
