I have been using this product for two years for acne. It had been working wonderfully. However, the new batch I received looked different and my acne is returning despite continuing to take the same amount I was beforehand. I am extremely disappointed. the price and also gone up. just disgraceful.

The tablets are MASSIVE. You have to drink a lot of water when you take this. Bought this for my acne. So far, B5 is working quite well. I take 1 tablet, twice a day. I’ve stopped mega dosing because my pimples are mostly gone now but will still continue popping these pills to keep my skin clear.

I ordered it but then realized I don't really need this high dose. It works though. It is called the antistress vitamin so I took before sleep. It is also a release valve for histamine. I had a blood test and my pantothenic acid came back slightly elevated, so I won't take it every day.
