Keratin, 50 mg, 60 Capsules

I noticed that my hair is getting stronger, not seeing a lot hair in the bathroom. I have thin hair and this is making it a bit thick. Size is very small witch i like. The dosage recommended is 1 per day but i take 2 at my own risk. I noticed more benefits that way in short period of time. I have decided to take for at least 6 months. This my second bottle, will buy other until i get for 6 months because 1 bottle last me 1 month. Great quality as usual from Swanson. I have decided to switch to this brand because the quality is just up there at a competitive price too. Doesn't have any taste and it is pure Keratin, love it.

Swanson is always good quality. This is a nice size to test the efficacy of keratin alone, because keratin tends to work better with silica and biotin. If diet or supplement stack already contains silica and biotin this is a good add on, but don’t depend on it alone to improve hair and nails.

I didn't feel any changes in my hair or skin. I had problems with dry skin and brittle nails. Absolutely the same. Not gonna buy it anymore. I don't know if it's even supposed to be a supplement.

Noticed less hairfall but I'm also taking it with Biotin and an anti hairfall shampoo so not sure which to attribute mainly the good effects to. Maybe the combination of all 3. But so far so good. 25F with no side effects. Tiny pill size makes it more convenient too.

Seem no improvement on reducing hair loss, enhancing hair growth nor hair strengthening so far. But I am repurchasing it another time as I understand result might not be visible after only 1 bottle. Price-wise it is amongst the most affordable options and the capsules are super small so it is easy to ingest
