Now I don’t have any side effects, I feel my cognition, concentration and memory has improved. I love this product, no taste, no smell, which is very important to me. I bought this supplement to improve my brain fog. I take it together with ginkgo as both of them have a positive impact on the blood flow. The quality seems good with pure ingredients. There is not much fillers. The size of the capsule is not big and it’s easy to swallow. I like the potency as well as 30 mg per capsule is quite good.
