I purchased this item to help clear my skin. I believe I had contact dermatitis & read that this supplement helps to clear eczema. I figured to try it and see if it helped. I juiced celery juice, which helps clear up my skin. My skin concern didn’t go away completely & instead of juicing more celery juice I wanted to try this supplement. It seems to of helped me. I don’t have any more irritation. I still take it for it’s nutritional benefits.

I rarely write reviews, but this product truly deserves one. I’ve struggled with eczema and very sensitive skin for years, and I’ve had to rely on corticosteroid creams on and off. Since starting Black Currant Seed Oil, my skin has gradually become much calmer and stronger. This is actually the first time in several months that I haven’t needed to use steroid cream. Of course, I can’t say with 100% certainty that it’s only because of these capsules, but they are the biggest change I’ve made, and I genuinely believe they have helped strengthen my skin barrier. I started with 2 capsules a day and now take 3 daily. My skin feels less irritated, less dry, and overall much more resilient. This is one of the few supplements where I’ve noticed a real difference. Original purchase seemed rancid, so I repurchased someplace else. Use this for topical application for eczema. Works wonders. Just puncture the capsule and apply on the dry patches, and I feel immediate relief. The itchiness goes away within a few days, although it takes longer for the patches to completely disappear. One bottle will last me a while.
