I’ve been using 1tbs of this great quality blackstrap molasses in my morning drink every day (I just mix it with hot water and add raw milk or cream) and it tastes like a gingerbread latte. I enjoy this brand of molasses to use with my gingerbread cookie recipe. The flavor is outstanding and it gives my cookies a beautiful golden color. You need molasses to get the correct color for gingerbread cookies because brown sugar alone doesn't do the job. The molasses will also enhance the depth of flavor in other baked goods as well. I will keep buying this brand here.
