The crystals are more like dried lumps than free-flowing granules, but I guess that means less process steps. No complaints at all. After doing some research, I found that this sugar is considered more wholesome than raw turbinado, so I’ve made the switch and feel good about it.

(very mildly like molasses for depth) There is nothing else like it on the market.

Right quality ingredient. Taste is like molasses. Composed of only cane sugar in its natural state. Used it in making porridge and in baking especially great for ginger bread. The taste is strong so use it in recipes where you don’t mind the molasses- like taste to dominate. It’ll be nice if this product can be offered on even bigger sizes. With timely delivery and good packaging, I definitely recommend this product as an alternative to processed sugars!
