high quality organic sucanat. tastes delicious. very good replacement of white and brown sugar, it has the minerals that are usually removed from other sugar. very good buy, highly recommend. you will have less sugar cravings when you get the minerals the body needs from sugar cane. good flavour like molasses, brown in colour and has a coarse texture but you'll get used to it quickly.
This sucanat has much smaller granules than others I’ve seen. It dissolves nicely and the molasses flavor is fairly mild compared to other brands. Plus I trust the NOW brand!
