I got this as I read that it is a natural DHT blocker fir hair loss. I've been applying it with other oils on my scalp weekly. I'm still using it so I'm not sure if it works well or not. however, it's meant to be consumed with food. I still didn't try that. anyways, it leaves my hair moisturized and nourished. the quality looks good, and it should last a good month if consumed daily. or a few months if applied topically. it is rich in good fats like omega like if helpful 🙏

My husband and I drink a tea spoon of that oil in the morning on an empty stomach. Pumpkin seed oil is rich in hear-healthy fats and antioxidants. I also combine pumpkin seed oil with castor oil and apply to my hair. Packaging is good using a dark bottle which protects the oil from the direct rays of sun. The quality of this oil is excellent and taste is ok.

The scent is fine. There is no smell and take a good care of my body. The quality is good very good. Actually the size is a normal size. The packaging is right it is a good benefit. I don't know about the composition. I use it for my daily shaving routine. For my personal use and feels good after shaving. I frequently use it. G

However, I ran out of my omega supplements and decided to use this instead, the taste is good, oil smells fresh and rich.
