After examining many different hair vitamins, this one is definitely the richest combination, with so many well known helpful ingredients for hair health all in one bottle. The capsule is quite large but you take only 1 daily. It has vitamin B in it so don't be alarmed if it changes your pee color.
I’ve always had hair fall and I purchased this specifically to address that. I have tried biotin, silica, horsetail and other stuff. This has a lot of stuff in here, b vitamins, glutathione, collagen and other good ingredients not only for hair but also for skin and nails. Quality is superb. I am enjoying the benefits of having less hair fall now. Taste is okay like other multi. Size is medium, i take one a day, half dosage i guess

It has a balanced composition; the size is rather large, but for some reason, it's easy to swallow, at least for me. There is a smell, but it's not off-putting and actually quite neutral compared to other vitamins I've tried. No aftertaste. I wish it didn't contain folate.
I was losing over 30 hairs in the shower last year and I get panic. tried supplements to reduce DHT, scalp massage and other methods it does not seem to improve much. i then look for zinc supplements but occasionally I find this product and decided to give it a try. hair loss is reduced from 3x in shower to 1x after taking it for several weeks. the price is affordable. I do recommend it.
