Ceramides are everywhere in the body,not just in skin,in fact the most effect this supplement has for me is it helps me sleep,I don't see a big effect on skin but it might help there also,it's a bit pricey so I don't take a lot .
It s not the first time i m using swanson brand, but the phytoceramides was something i had in my wishlist a long time ago and i said hey let s give it a try. I have very very dry skin, probably someone with normal skin sees a different result, my skin was still dry but no micro tears and tightness. Ingredients are top, there is no weird smell, i had no side effects after swallowing the pill. Ceramides improve skin elasticity, hydration, wrinkles. Great quality! Will reorder!
I’m a 50 years old and for the last couple of years I started taking more care of my skin heath. Collagen has been a staple of mine for very long time, recently I started experimenting with ceramides and I think they work.
I got this mostly because of dry skin. The dosage is only one per day, pretty small pill. I noticed that my skin is not as dry as before. I will continue using this for winter time. Pretty small package only have 30 of them… just wish it came in size of 120 capsules. Over all loving it so far.
It has higher dose of ceramide compared to many other brands, small , convenient to carry, size just nice, easy to swallow, however the effect takes time.
I am a big fan of the Swanson brand and always in the market for some good quality Phytoceramides so when I saw these at a nice price I thought I would try them as my daily Phytoceramide. I have been taking PhytoCeramides for about 6 months and I feel they have helped improve my skin and I think these have excellent ingredients and represent good value from a well known and trusted brand. bought this to help with my skin dryness after menopause, but I was not sure if it would work. have been taking it every day since 2 weeks ago, 1 tablet every morning. I noticed my skin feels more moisturised and smoother, and I don't need to use moisturising cream. Will definitely order again. Will be great if it can come in a bottle with more quantity, to reduce plastic waste.
