Well, it smells quite weird, I'm not sure it is suppose to smell like this, but I assume Royal jelly should smell like that, anyway, I hope it works

I've heard about the benefits of bee propolis & bee pollen for aiding in sinus/allergy relief. A few weeks after I started taking this my allergies improved so much! I have congestion & drainage year round. This made a significant difference. I've used this brand before. Excellent quality. Good price for the amount. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a great quality supplement at a good price. I’ve paid more for similae complexes that aren’t as effective as this one. Swanson sources their ingredients well and they have some of the best and most affoedable supplements. This particular one has a light floral and bitter taste as you get from bee pollen sometimes but it’s extremely tolerable and easy to swallow. The size is great, a two months supply for me! Trust me you will feel the benefit.

This supplement is good and would give it 4 stars. The smell is mild for a krill oil, and the taste isn’t noticeable thanks to the softgels. The package is large and keeps all softgels fresh and secure. I notice a real benefit in supporting digestion and overall wellness. It seems made with quality ingredient, and I’ll definitely continue taking it.
