The pill seems to support hair growth at the moment, though I haven’t noticed any improvement in reducing hair fall. The size is good and easy to swallow. I may consider repurchasing.
I’m m still trying to figure out the benefits of these ingredients. It seems to have a high quality considering that Keranat is famous active ingredient. I’ just taking one pill once considering that the 300mg dosage of Keranat is enough. The size is ok and there’s no taste.
I have thinning hair, so I try to use all kind of supplements that can strengthen a little bit more. This one has a very good mix of nutrients and I was quite happy with the results.

This is a nice formula but I wish it didn't contain the high dose biotin, which my body doesn't like (causes breakouts etc). Since I can't take the full dose, not sure if it's really having the desired impact on my hair.
