I take Swanson Citicoline every morning with fish oil with a high dose of DHA and after a few weeks i noticed benefits like better mental focus, energy and attention. I take only one capsule daily and capsules aren't too big and easy to swallow and it is enough for me because the dosage is 500mg. I love it and i trust in Swanson quality.
