I have been taking Source Naturals Resveratrol for three months and I am very satisfied with the product. It is a premium supplement that delivers 500 mg of resveratrol per tablet, which is the same amount as in 400 bottles of red wine. Resveratrol is a plant compound that protects them from environmental stress. It has been proven to activate genes that extend cellular lifespan and simulate the benefits of caloric restriction. Resveratrol also has anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and cardiovascular benefits. Since I started taking Source Naturals Resveratrol, I have felt a boost in my energy level, skin appearance, and overall well-being. I have not had any adverse effects from taking this supplement. It is a safe and effective product that I would suggest to anyone who wants to live longer and better. It is a wonderful way to support your health.
Heart Support & Healthy Aging Dietary Supplement Grapes and other plants produce resveratrol for protection, which also has a cascade of healthy aging benefits for humans. Resveratrol's benefits rest on scientifically documented antioxidant and healthy inflammatory response properties, which allow it to powerfully support healthy blood flow, glucose, and cholesterol levels already in the normal range. Combined with its clinically validated ability to sup- port activation of SIRT genes, which can mimic the healthy aging benefits of caloric restriction, resveratrol provides the heart, brain, immune and metabolic support needed for vitality.^ ^Not all inflammation is associated with disease states. Inflammation is also the body's healthy immune response to life's occasional, normal stressors like exercise and fatty diet, and is important for optimal health.

Selecting a high-quality supplement is paramount, and I am pleased to report that the resveratrol product I chose exceeded my expectations. It boasts a pure and potent formulation, free from unnecessary fillers or additives. The manufacturer's commitment to quality is evident in the transparent labeling and third-party testing, which further solidifies my confidence in the product's integrity.
This is an affordable high dose resveratrol. I bought it because I researched the daily dose used in studies for therapeutical effect and this one was the right dose, whereas many others were smaller doses and you would have to take multiple tablets per day. It does have an unpleasant smell, but who cares? Note: despite the picture on the front the resveratrol is NOT sourced from fruit (but for most people that wouldn't matter). I don't think that really matters (just marketing strategyI guess). Read ingredients for actual source. The main thing is - it's genuine resveratrol without fillers at a good price :)
Resveratrol is featured in both The Plant Paradox and the Age Paradox by Dr. Steven Gundry, explaining that perhaps the most important class of compounds missing from our diets is the plant phytochemicals called polyphenols. Resveratrol supplements solves that problem. I swear by it and have for many years. Source Naturals Resveratrol is a great product and good value.
Great product, came quickly, good expire date. Ordered together with Saw Palmetto as per my coach’s advice. Fully satisfied with the price and quality.
I bought this for the potency level. It's meant to be good for hearth health. I have been taking this regularly for 2 years.
the quality is definitely smells natural and the ingredients are too! it's easy to swallow with the size of the tablet.
I took it with NMN every morning. The capsules are a little bigger to swallow, but ok for me. I had no negative or positive effects.
