Sleep Melatonin, Rapid Release, 10 mg, 120 Rapid Release Liquid Softgels

This is an extremely high dose. It knocked me out for the entire night and I kept falling into a deep sleep the following day. Doses this high are not necessary. The normal dose is between 300mcg and 3mg. I even find 3mg too high and prefer 1 or 2 x 300mcg capsules to avoid next day fatigue or mild depression. I still give this 5 stars because it is exactly what it says it is and it totally works.

They do dissolve quickly and I like that they're 10mg, which is the does that works for me. You really shouldn't take more than 10mg.

The quality was so incredible. I had been waiting for a week to get my goods. The ingredient was inscribed on the label clearly. I like the package so much. It has no taste at all, and it is easy to swallow. Also, the benefit is so impressive with my age.

I was medically diagnosed with Chronic PTSD over 10 years ago and soon after with Chronic Circadian Sleep Disorder. After 10 years on this prescription, I have just tried Nature's Truth Rapid Release Softgels 10mg and have been astounded at the difference. Taking Nature's Truth Rapid Release Softgels 10mg (30 to 60 minutes) before going to bed, I am sleeping most nights now, falling asleep sooner, I am usually sleeping through the night now and the cost is significantly less. I will buy again

Very effective and easy to use. The bottle contains 120 so it's a good value for money.

Didn't see anything of the benefits of helping with falling to sleep. I took the correct dosage according to the direction 1 hour before bed and I was still up. the size of the pill is small and easy to swallo with water. There wasn't any after taste. There is only one singel ingredient listed, which is great, but I guess it wasnt enough of it to work properly. The quality wasn't terrible. It just didnt work for me when I needed it too.

Take 2 about an hour before going to bed and as long as I am consistent they work like a charm! Unfortunately 20mg is what it takes for me:)

Im trying to move away from meditations of varying kinds to assist with settling and calming myself. This Melatonin product is very good. It takes the place of prescription medication at times and that’s my aim.
