I have been taking this probiotic for a month now and I can see a slight difference with my digestive system. Easy to take, Good product. Nice packaging. Would recommend
I think they are very good capsules. I take two of them on fast because after eating they make me a little nauseous, so I prefer to take them on an empty stomach and they are very good for me.

This strain is beneficial for my microbiome so I have been busting open a few capsules and adding it to my home made yoghurt. It has been helpful for general bloating, constipation and general gut issues. I plan to use it long term

Shopping for probiotic is not easy. This product has pre+pro+post biotics that supports regularity. I a morning dose and an evening dose, with this schedule, my gut and digestive system are happy.
3 stars for having an interesting blend of probiotics but they had no effect for our oldest (non-verbal autistic) nor myself. Main reason was for our oldest as I read that the said probiotics could have a positive impact for some autistic children but we got nothing out of them. Even when I took them, I didn't notice any improvement in my health.

I tired this brand and felt results in less than a week.... good quality produces good results. I was extremely impressed that this product has the natural enzymes that are not affected by stomach acids and they wait to take effect in the intestines, where they are really needed to complete the total digestion process. Ingredients are high quality and I am sold on this probiotic.
