These gummies will intensely stain your tongue the color of turmeric, even after brushing your teeth. Toothbrush gets stained yellow as well. Staining in mouth is temporary and does eventually dissipate. Overall, I think the benefits of the vitamin gummies exceeds the temporary mouth discoloration.
