This is a mineral that our bodies need and the price and quality of this brand is good. However, I usually take a liquid Silica supplement and I will return to that. I have not seen the same improvement in my joint motion and hair retention taking this pill. I feel a liquid is better for me, but this is cheap and worth a try if you are testing out silica supplements.
