This bottle’s ingredients contain liquid tricollagen. The chocolate mocha flavor makes it easy to take. I take one tablespoon every morning with breakfast and I’m ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this. It tastes great. I take a spoonful every morning to start my day out. I have been using it for almost a month. This is delicious! You can taste the quality, and the improvements in age effects happen quickly. My knees bend better, my skin composition is benefiting. The package is okay, the plastic is a bit soft but who cares? What matters is that this works! I am on a diet, so I use this sometimes as a snack to stop my hunger knowing that I am adding to my body solid ingredients.

I really loce the taste, so rich in chocolate. It's easy to have even with no mixing with other ingredient. I usually mis it with my protein shake to enhance choco sense.

This is quite a thick liquid, which I keep in the fridge. I usually take 1 tablespoon. It is quite sweet but not too sweet. I don’t take it every day as I use a collagen powder form too. But when I don’t have time to use powder this is very quick to take and it does feel like a quality liquid.

I rotate this liquid collagen with other collagens. e.g. collagen peptides and I have notices that my nails are growing quicker and are much stronger, and also my hair doesn´t fall so much out. It´s also very tasty (sweet, I like it).
