My daughter resisted the soft gels 😁 but what worked was I would bite a tiny little hole from the soft gel and squeeze the liquid inside it to her mouth, and this became our routine, we use it every day. Taste is good compared to fish oil. Package size/quantiy is reasonable for the price and the bottle indicated the serving and frequency of the supplement according to age. I have searched the benefits of vegan DHA is the same and could be more compared to fish oil, ordered our 2nd bottle and looking forward to more and more improvements. 3 soft gels everyday! 😇
