We just opened up to try it. The capsule is dark in colour, taste wise is fine, not fantastic but able to pull it through. For effect wise, we are still taking it until the whole bottle is used up. Hopefully it will be good, it's for my girl to take before taking her exam, hope it can help her to concentrate better. So far so good, no complain from her yet. Wish she will continue to enjoy the quality and vitamin until the last capsule. This is taken to replace the fish oil that I had fed her for a long time, hope this will benefit her as much.
