The majority of my supplements are from Gaia Herbs. Quality brand with clean organic ingredients. I most commonly use their Liver Cleanse, Resveratrol, Vitex Berry, Women’s Balance, Plant Force Liquid Iron, Oregano Oil… I have seen instant benefits in using the required dosage in minimal time. Some of their supplements don’t have a taste while others might leave an aftertaste, it all depends on the herbal composition of the product. The Hair, Skin and Nail Support along with the others listed on this review have greatly helped me manage my peri-menopause. Very grateful to this brand.

I loved the ingredients included in this supplement, and I liked that it didn’t irritate my sensitive system when I consumed it (unlike other saw palmetto hair supplements I had tried, which I felt were causing increased anxiety and mood swings). I took this for about six months. My nails and hair grew more quickly, but it didn’t help with decreasing my hair fall, so I’ve tapered off having this supplement.

I purchased these for my granddaughter her hair was a little stagnant in growth. Takes these religiously and there is a great difference in her hair it has grown its stronger and shiny. I have had great experiences with all Gaia Products. I highly recommend!

I have been taking various herbal supplements by Gaia,for many years. Gaia is a trustworthy company with a strong line of herbal combinations. I am pleased to have found this organic herbal combination,which includes the herbs Horsetail and Burdock Root and several other beneficial herbs. Easy to swallow Vegan capsules.Great product!

I lost a lot of hair but it is growing back. Not sure if this product is responsible, but I will continue to use as I am happy with the results.

This was worth trying. the product packaging is perfect, quality is what you expect for gaia herbs. the size of the capsules was good and the benefits were noticed.
