Memory Blend SP-30™, 100 VegCaps

I use this in the middle of my workday just as I'm starting to tire and find it hard to concentrate. These pills allow me to keep my focus because I'm not constantly rechecking what I've done. Some days I forget to take them (I think there's a pill for that) and I can tell the difference when looking back. I've always trusted Solaray products.

Works great been on this for 5 yrs. Capsules are on bigger size but easy to swallow.

No focus like pine bark for me but omg it is good for flow and qi. I think the more rosemary the better, but the bark is actually warming with the flower parts. Flowers could help with nostalgia i believe.

I've been taking these since I got them for the past month, but I'm honestly not sure if it's doing anything for my memory and focus. However, at the same time, it's not doing anything negative as I don't feel anything adverse happening in my body while/when taking them. Maybe I'll give some more time and see.

Don't have a reference to compare, but use it for some time. I have to keep in mind a lot of issues simultaneously, and, look, I'm there (63) :-). Hope will be helpful in the future as well.

i don't take this that often, so i do keep one bottle for a long time and it does not spoil easily unlike other supplements. i see to feel some difference
