Taste is ok my son can take it as it is, quality is ok just the container is plastic not sure if it affects the quality but personally I do not like liquid suppelements in a plastic container especially when it has to be shipped overseas I worry about the effect of weather on the plastic container. I might opt for something else that comes in glass bottle nxt time
