I prefer gummies instead of pills. This one is very easy to chew since it’s gummies and it’s yummy. I feel like my digestive system is getting better. But I have bloating after I have them.

It was so bad for my stomach, it made me sick. This is very strong. You need to try it with a very little amount before you continue. Don't try to take two like they recommend before you try a little amount, even half a gummy.

Kids are gladly eating them so i assume it's good. Easier than getting them to eat yogurt these days. So this is an acceptable alternative to me :)

The taste is really good, it’s a sweet berry flavor, tastes like candy I would look forward to taking them cause of the taste Size and packaging are good Can not say if there was a significant improvement in gut and digestion but it also did not cause any pain or anything negative
