My family had trouble falling asleep at night and had originally been taking 5-HTP to help them sleep. They purchased this product hoping to switch to a natural formula derived from tart cherries to improve their sleep quality. However, after using this product for a while, they found it wasn't as effective as 5-HTP in helping them sleep, so they switched back to 5-HTP.
