I take it to reduce inflammation. I chose this one because it has big dosage and package and BioPerine. I take 2-3 times a day. But I started to study the curcumin ingredient more, and I noticed there are better options like Meriva (Phytosome) and Curcumin C3 Complex + Bioperine, Longvida. So I hope this brand will try to improve the technology
