The price ratio, the size of the package and the quality are excellent. My husband and I have bought it several times and have been using it for a long time. The effect is excellent. It helped a lot with metabolism. It's very easy to use. The taste is very mild, almost tasteless, just slightly sweet, which is a normal characteristic of vitamin B8.
Inositol can reduce the activity of serotonin receptor that can cause over thinking. It helps with obsessive compulsions for me, as well as racing thoughts.
I originally got the pill versions of Inositol but since I drink yogurt, spinach, fruit smoothie everyday, I found it was super convenient to just put it into my smoothie (to add some sweetness to it) and do 2 things at once. I take about 1/2 tsp every day. I have bristly chin hairs so I started taking inositol to help with that and any other hormone imbalance that I may be having. I still get thick chin hairs (as a woman) but maybe ever so slightly less. I have no idea if I truly have results tbh, but I feel better knowing I'm taking it so maybe it is doing something, placebo or not.
Inositol is a must have help for so many things - metabolism, nervous system, liver health, etc. It seems to support mental health, improve insulin sensitivity, and aid in hormone regulation. Helps to manage anxiety and depression better than some drugs. I also lost some weight - unexpected effect of inositol on insulin sensitivity and liver health. Good quality, nice size package. Just one ingredient. I take tea spoonful a couple times a day and feel the effect quickly, - more relaxed, sleep better. Tastes like sugar - can be added to tea).
This inositol is a life-saver for me. Very helpful for my blood sugar balance, insulin sensitivity and skin issues with pcos. My cycle has been regular for years thanks to this. Since inositol is somewhat sweet I have tried adding it while brewing beer and using it sweeten home-made root beer, and it works well - nonfermentable so the yeast doesn't eat it, leaving the benefits for us.
Since some protocols call for quite a bit of inositol this is a good size and will last a bit. I've had inositol from other brands before so I know how it should taste and this tastes just fine. Good product.

It's a good quantity for a good price, and so far the quality looks as you would hope - no issues. I like the sturdy packaging. I'm still trying to determine the best way to give it to my kids for optimal effectiveness and potency. I'm planning to try adding it to soup- but I haven't tried yet. For lecithin I add it to oil prior to mixing into food, so I will probably use the same method to avoid clumps.. so far, so good.
