Excellent probiotic! I’ve had less bloating and better digestion since starting these.No refrigeration needed, which makes it great for travel.
I have not seen results using it for less than 10 days. I hope it will be significant because the price is well above any other product. Let's see if there is any justification for that.

I really love the bacterial strains used in this product, perfect for microbiome recovery and gut support post-antibiotic use. And it's a reputable brand with great quality and minimal ingredients.
I have not taken any pills yet, but I assume that it may be good. I took this as a precaution in case I would use antibiotics. Theoretically, it seems to be a good formula. I may come back here with an update
