I have taken this supplement in the morning for around 1 year, taking a epa/dha combination product in the nighttime. I take it for neuroprotective benefit, time will tell how it works. I like that it is a good dose and contain very little additives.
This was my first try on switching to different brand of Omega-3 DHA. For me it had some taste, but only tiny one, and it was not fish taste, but rather some plant taste. Good quality. But I think this would be my second choice, and I swithced back to my oroginal #1 brand.
