High quality with no fishy aftertaste. The package looks like it’s from 1982, but I don’t really care about that. I care about the quality ingredients and getting the benefits of omega-3‘s without killing fish further since fish get their omega-3’s from algae in the first place, we might as well get it right from the source too.
I need DHA so I decided on the vegetable form from algae. I take one capsule after a meal. Excellent quality. I love this product.
I’ve been using Carlson Vegetarian DHA (500 mg, 30 vegetarian soft gels) and I’m really happy with it so far. It’s a great option if you want DHA without fish, and I love that it’s vegetarian. The soft gels are easy to take and I haven’t noticed any unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve only been using it for a short time, so I’m looking forward to seeing how it helps over time, but first impressions are definitely positive.
The ingredient is Algal Oil which is free from contaminants unlike fish oils Omega 3's. I use it to cover my DHA needs. Single capsule provides 500mg DHA which is more than enough. Packaging is great only thing that I found weird was the box had no moisture absorbing silica gel packet which is available in most of the supplements nowadays. This is my go to DHA supplement. One added plus is the preferred triglycerides form.
Bought this DHA to complete my DHA needs without risking fish contaminants and rancidity issue which this Algal DHA is much less prone to compared to Fish Oils. One capsule gives 500mg DHA which is perfect for brain health. It's a budget friendly trustable brand. The quality is excellent being Algal Oil as the main ingredient. I use this with a high EPA omega 3 to get both EPA DHA. Overall I love this. If you goal is DHA. This is perfect. One more added plus is that this is the preferred Triglycerides form.

Good quality vegan DHA omega made from algae as the main ingredient. I chewed a capsule to check freshness and the taste was very subtle, more like algae, with no strong fish-like taste. Easy to take and suitable for different ages. Feels like a nice daily support for its benefits in general wellbeing, including heart and cholesterol balance . Very happy with the quality, and next time I’m going to order the larger package.
Great quality, Omega 3 value is enough for daily needs. Reduces inflammation if combined with healthy habits. Taste is a bit fishy, but this is due to the algae. Will get this again
It help greatly improve my dry eyes. I take one capsule daily after a meal. I noticed a great improvement after about 3 weeks taking it. Interestingly, it has also help cleared out my eczema patch on both of my arms which is there for more than 3 years. Highly recommend!
