These chewable tablets actually taste good and don't have the metallic after taste that most chewable tablets I try to donate blood whenever possible but I used to get climbed because my iron was low normal. Also when I tested my blood I was always mildly anemic. I have not been declined for donations in months since I started taking these. No recent blood tests but feeling good about that too.
I like these chewable iron tablets, the flavor is nice and I like the way they crumble in the mouth. I originally bought these tablets for my daughter, both with iron deficiency, but found myself taking them too from time to time. Several weeks into use, I can feel a difference in exhaustion levels, both my daughter and I have more energy. She has been taking the tablets once a day, I've been supplementing my iron pills on weak days. All in all, I'm very happy with this product, and I'd recomment it to others too.
