This magnesium glycinate is one of my favorite supplements. It’s gentle on the stomach and doesn’t cause discomfort like some other forms of magnesium. I’ve noticed better sleep quality, reduced muscle tension, and improved relaxation since I started taking it. There was an attempt to make this require a script but that is past. That tells you that it works. Does lots of good things, just read up on it and you will see. Just one a day is all that it takes. This one comes in a veggie capsule, fine for vegetarians. This is the first bottle that we have use of this brand. Seems to be good quality. Capsules are easy to swallow..
I do feel a lot better after taking NAC. I take 1 600mg tablet a day and have not had a cold or flu since February last year, despite being around other people that have been sick. If someone in my household gets sick then I take 2 a day as a precaution.
I take NAC for anxiety in combination with SSRI's. It also helps with immune system because it it a great antioxidant.Helps with fertility issues. I bought 4 bottles and i am going to take it again due to its benefits. 1200 mg are for 2 pills per day!
Had ordered other through Iherb but this Natures Plus NAC is much better quality and ingredients than others, the size and package are appropriate and the size of the capsule is easily swallowed. Will continue buying for my immune system
This is of good quality and with cheap price so will buy again! This aminoacid is immensely helpful for the liver to clear out toxins. Take it with acetaminophen or other liver toxins and this stuff will help the liver to fight of those toxic effects according to studies. 1g per 1g of paracetamol/acetaminophen is enough to potently diminish any toxicity.
I used to get cold very often and always low energy. I added NAC 3months ago and it does work well for my body. Of course I take other supplements together. Megadose vitamin C, curcumin, b complex, omega 3 etc etc
I hve been taking NMN for a long time and I wanted to stop for a bit, so in the meanwhile I am taking NAC for a couple of months before going back to NMN.
