This was a great flour blend for use with recipes we have from a great Australian GF chef - Melanie Persson (The Very Hungry Coeliac book ). Whilst it isnt her blend exactly it is very close to it and produced wonderful baked goods.

This is a great quality, versatile flour. I like the taste of this one. Some gluten free flours are an acquired taste. I have experimented with different gluten free flours and this one has given me the best tasting bread. It tastes closer to regular bread than all the others that I've tried. I can use it for bread, cakes or dumplings.

This is a must ingredient for most of gluten-free cakes which I make them and they turned out absolutely delicious. This is a great substitute for regular flour. It is a 1:1 substitution. I used it for a chocolate cake and it baked up very nicely.
