I started purchasing flour in a plastic bag some years ago when grocery stores began freshening the air. I bought this flour with the whole grain of the same brand. My preference is for whole grains, and for a few recipes I use all-purpose. This one is a good option, it adds a nice texture to the bread and it's easy to work with. I just missed the fact that it is fortified, which is not what I like to use!

While the quality & ingredients are impressive and the taste enhances my baked goods, the package is quite small and I wish it came in paper. It's also expensive for the quantity. However, it performs well in various recipes, making it a great addition to my diet. Overall, I enjoyed using it, but I’m hesitant about the frequency of purchase due to the size and cost.
I did not know what to expect from this brand as I have only purchased there granola bars, and cereals. Since I was in a pinch and the usual APF I buy was out of stock, I purchased Nature's Path. Since this purchase I have bought it twice. I've used it in rue's as well as baked good. It's worked really well. The one thing I do not like is the packaging, wish it were paper like the other flours. Overall, the price is reasonable for 2lbs.
