General-purpose all-purpose flour. Good flavor.
This is a versatile flour that can be used for everything from cookies and cakes to bread. In Japan, it's called medium-strength flour. I mainly bought it for bread making, and the dough comes together well, and perhaps because of its slightly coarse texture, the flavor of the finished product is quite good.
