just started with this supplement so I cannot rate very accurate, only that the sozing & quality are satisfying.

Lots of great ingredients in this supplement but not sure how effective they would be at the low dose. Time will tell. It has a good amount of zinc though so great for that.

easy to swallow and i have been taking two capsules every day in the morning. Skin has improved and i look forward to the result after finishing the whole bottle
