I have thinner skin on my face and very dry due to not holding moisture. I heard that Biotin helps to thicken skin layer. I can't say it is working as it has been for only 2weeks since I started to take them. However, it's easy to swallow and there is yucky taste at all. I just hope it works well.

"Snap Tab" just means each pill is scored, so you can easily break it in half. They look like and are about the size of an aspirin. It's a good value when on sale, but I prefer gel caps. Cannot tell if it's working any differenly than other biotin as I have been taking various brands for years.
