I had been taking 50mg of ubiquinol - it's a supplement that many dieticians recommend, especially as we age. Apparently, our bodies do not process ubiquinol very well and it's a compound found in vital organs like the heart. Not long ago I decided to try 100mg and first tried Qunol's product which is both water and fat soluble (red label). I then ordered this product which is only fat soluble. I am not sure why, but I prefer the water/fat soluble version; the other version seemed better absorbed. Per independent testing, the ingredients are legitimate and the price is good for the quality.

Great quality and ingredients. I bought the type of CoQ10 (ubiquinol) due to higher absorption l. Not sure about the benefits as I use it for my heart heath and part of my regimen of MVP and Barlow disease. This in combination with other supplements has reduced my palpitations tremendously. I follow Dr Sinatra’s regimen for heart health.
