Great pleasant taste and not too strong alcohol. Almost immediate for calming down.

Sublingual is a fast way to obtaining total benefit of Ashwagandha. My surprise was in the delivery from the alcohol, otherwise known as making the tincture viable. This aspect takes getting used to. I recommend checking it against any other Prescription drugs you take, in case of reaction. As always, IHerb had exactly what I was looking for. Thank You!

Really helps to calm my nerves and calming for my nervous system. In addition I also take vitamin d (Thorne), in liquid form. And do magnesium salt foot soaks for some extra boost.

I love this stuff for calming the nervous system. I used it in days I was very stressed and noticed that it helped calm me a lot. Definitely lifts mood and works well. The taste is not amazing but it’s worth it and I will continue to use it. I only wish it was a bigger container.
