I purchased for my sister. she likes the taste, did not benefit her hair but her nails became a bit stronger. the ingredients seem okay, and the quality and size are fine. Regarding dosage, she takes one gummy a day, but she heard that it might not be pregnancy safe! be careful. she asked me to purchase it again for her, so i think she likes it.

I'm not sure if I exactly like the taste as they are extremely sweet and candy like, almost as if they have been tossed in sugar. However, they are easy to take. Im not sure yet if im getting any benefits from them, but I havent been taking them consistently so I should try that from now on lol! Id probably buy them again. You get a lot of value for your money when it comes to the size of the container.
Started to use these gummies about one month ago. The flavor is great and these gummies don't stick together like others do. This is an easy way to add Biotin to my diet; it's too ealry to tell whether it is strenthening my hair but I do recommend these gummies (plus they are vegan).

As the title says, to the extent that I can tell, these are fine. I've been taking hair, skin & nails gummies for years, so all I can say is that I haven't noticed my nails becoming weaker when I take these. The taste is fine, ditto consistency, and the price is good too.
