The quality and ingredients is excellent also the size is small but great dosage that lasted long time. It really benefit my skin and hair and grown my baby hair and the taste is like nuts but it’s fine. I like the small sized pills I can swallow easy

I use them all the time and when I don’t I see the effect on my hair, it goes back to being dry. I did gut microbiome analysis and it did turn out I have low biotin so for me personally this kind of supplement works. If your need is different it may not work for you.
The quality is great.. The ingredients are fantastic.. The pill’s size is small .. I really like it .. It benefits my nails & hair .. It has no taste..I took 2 pills daily. I take 2 tablets daily so the dosage considered fair enough.. I recommend it .. And I’ll definitely reorder it again.
