I’ve used two bottles of California Natural Hair High Potency. While my nails did appear stronger, I didn’t notice any difference in my hair growth, which was the main reason I bought it. The tablets are easy to take, but since it didn’t deliver on hair growth for me, I’ve decided not to purchase it again.

I had high hopes for this but have not really noticed much difference since taking compared to plain biotin supplements. The tablets are fairly easy to swallow and do not have a weird after taste though. I am not sure I will buy again as have not noticed improvement. It is hard to find quality you can see the results.
