this supplement has really good quality ingredients and it’s definitely helped with my skin and hair since starting to use it. the size of the tablets isn’t big so it’s easy to swallow and the package is small so i can easily take it with me when im travelling

Most biotin supplements were much higher dose, and I wanted to start small. 1,000 MCG is just what I wanted. Adding this to my routine to hopefully help with hair loss issues. Tablets are very small; so very easy to take. Seems to be helping with nails, as they are much thicker and stronger now. I will continue to use this as it seems to be good quality.

I was looking for a daily biotin and this was a goodvalue for the. It's 120 tables , I take it until I start taking a B complex. I find the tablets easy to swallow, your experience might be different. I also take collagen but I've been taking biotin for much longer and usually at high doses, I try to not take mega doses anymre.

Biotin is supposed to be good for hair and nails. So far it agrees with my system and I think my nails feel stronger!
