Great quality product which is offered in 2 combinations: with melatonin and melatonin free. I usually take one pill before going to sleep. It calms down my nervous system most of the time and benefits my sleep routine. Take into account that it already has some magnesium in the ingredients list (which is beneficial for me: I take one pill instead of 7)
