I have a genetic predisposition towards high cholesterol which makes things complicated. I have a great diet and get plenty of exercise and yet have slightly high cholesterol. I have been using this product for about 6 months now my last blood test showed lower cholesterol. Again, I have a very healthy diet. Choles-T appears to have benefited my health/blood work. I am happy with the quality.
This is my second order. First order was for 90 capsules, which was consumed pretty quickly. Seem to be effective although I have not done any bloodwork. Bought the 180 capsules this time round as it's more cost effective.

My cholesterol went down, after taking this supplement but it was slow and gradual. I came off it because I wanted to try other things. I am now back on it because I don’t want to take statins. I will get my blood tested in 2 months.
