I don't know why this random mineral can reduce SHBG and benefit hormones as a result, but it works! I was tested for SHBG and the results showed I was on the lower end of the typical range. I can feel that I'm getting the most out of my hormones now. This goes for both male and female hormones btw! It enhances both! I don't take it every day because the dose is too high, in my opinion, for supplementation (like if I was boron deficient) but even if you did, this is a ridiculously well priced supplement in cost per month.
