It’s not worth it. I did a blood test 10 months ago, started taking this Boron Glycinate 10 mg/day, repeated the blood test, it showed no change in Testosterone and actually showed an increase in SHBG, meaning my free testosterone has decreased. This is just a waste of money.
Boron is a really great and overlooked mineral especially for men’s health. This has the perfect dosage and it’s paired with glycinate which is excellent. I like this company they make excellent products with good quality and great prices. I recommend all men take this supplement in addition to magnesium glycinate and zinc and copper.
